Toya’s World is a blog that integrates onliners from all walks of life. It gives them the experience and opportunity of sharing their love of R&B/Soul and Pop music with one another. Granted, this IS an R&B blog but I listen to all sorts of music and have no problem making a couple of exceptions outside of the R&B genre.

I also like to draw attention to fresh new talent who I feel deserves more credit and recognition than what they’re currently getting. I also like to cover artists who’ve been doing their thing for a long time and are still struggling to maintain commercial success. For example, Tamia is as good an artist as Beyonce (if not, better) but why hasn’t she imploded to superstar status? Talent-wise, Robin Thicke spits on Justin Timberlake, but why isn’t he getting his just dues?
