Courtesy of Amazon, you can now preview Keyshia Cole’s forthcoming new album ‘A Different Me’ in its entirety. Each song is snipped down into 30 seconds, and the album will drop on Dec 16th.
I have yet to listen to the snippets. I have to go on errand right now but I may reveal which tracks I’m liking shortly, or I might just wait until it leaks fully. What do you make of the snippets?

I will wiat for the full album to leak, based on these snippets this is a downgrade. The album is full of slow-tempo songs and it seems Keyshia has lost the edge that we all love from her. This album is not going to be as good as Just Like You.

rihanna could have killed this album since she is the “IT” girl now and has more talent that this girl… I think she needed some eggs or something to ease her voice cause it was too dry.. so keysha go lay back and let rihanna do the selling …. you dont have any talent whatsoever

I was spamming sites with the Amazon link since this morning. Glad someone else picked up on it. I like the sound of the album. The only song I think is terrible is Make Me Over. And that is supposedly a Polow track. Big disappointment for me that one. Rest of the album is very solid. Some real nice cuts on there. No Other will probably be an early favourite for me.

KEYSHIA? WTF?
She’s barely singing with any passion anymore, the lyrics seem shallower, and the album seems to be composed with nothing but terrible and dated pop/R&B midtempo songs.
I can’t be 100% sure but I don’t think this album will touch “Just Like You”. At all.

“Make me over” is acutally a highlight IMO. I like “Brand New” and a few others. I think I will like it more when I hear the full.
I didn’t like JLY at all at first, but it really is amazing. yeah, them same dusty runs and wails ARE tired, but she is using her voice a little differently on some songs, the lyrics are more positive…
A lot of these songs sound like JLY leftovers that never leaked, no lies. It’s like the same ol music, but different lyrics.
