Keri Hilson releases third single ‘Turnin’ Me On’ from forthcoming album ‘In A Perfect World’. The song features rapper Lil Wayne and she premiered the video for it last night. The video also features cameo’s from Polow Da Don and Rich Boy:

The video wasn’t that great and neither is the song. She has better songs on her album. And she’s a cute girl. A talented cute girl. But I just don’t think this song and video is going to give her serially-delayed album the push and buzz that it desperately needs right now. She’s had THREE singles. THREE video’s and a FOURTH if you want to include her duet with Chris Brown’s ‘Superhuman’. Her whole album (or most of it) leaked many months ago. I’ve been rooting for her from the go, but this is the Mya/Nicole Scherzinger situation happening all over again. If three singles can’t do it, what else can give?

I like the video, but I’m biased because I think the sun shines out of her booty. She looks ssooo hot. I love the song, but I can’t see it catching on.
And most of the album hasn’t leaked, there’s still loads to go. I so want her album though, meh!

Its something that lacks wit Keri she doesnt have that star quality … shes pretty as hell and is a skilled songwriter but something is missing . i predict that the album will be released next year and brick around 100k and then its back to write hits for others .

It does Rap-Up-Player …She looks good though…She is a pretty good dancer too but why the hell does all of her dancin remind me of Ciara? the video looked good but somethng was mising from it to make t more effective & the dance scenes coud have been a little more better, the song ok if the video was a little better it coud be a big hit, i think the song wil be a hit still, i wished keri would come out a lot harder . some of the outfits didn’t suit her
