That is pretty strange but it does pretty often. She has sold over 500k copies of IIWAB so she does merit the RIAA certification, but why LYL or WYL or some others haven’t been certified yet is a mystery.
I do know however that Bey is still kicking major ass on the itunes charts and SL is a lock for #1 on BB Hot 100 next week.

that’s because T.I songs have been out longer,hence the stronger airplay.Both songs have stronger airplay than IIWB but IIWB has stronger digital downloads than those songs(hence the certification).From the looks of things singles ladies is gaining rapid airplay and has digital download on the lock down,and might hit #1 on the billboard hot 100 next week.
