If you think Beyonce’s promotional blitz was crazy, then Jive are certainly pulling out the stops for their no 1 artist Britney Spears (sorry Ciara and Chris Brown). The singer has numerous TV performances in the works as well as as a CONFIRMED tour for 2009 and much more. Here’s her thank you message:
‘Womanizer‘ is breaking records already. It’s nice that things are going so well for her after the chaotic two years she’s encountered. For once, she seems really excited about her new album ‘Circus’ getting released and is really ready to promote it. I just wish all this was for ‘Blackout’ instead but you never know. Circus might be hotter than Blackout. I know that’s an extremely high standard to meet but you really never know. As for the footage, even being dressed down and not that made-up, she was still looking like her cute former self during the height of her fame. Her 2009 tour is going to be a beast!

I can’t understand the people that are saying that her album is “no Blackout” or the people saying her tour will be a beast. You haven’t heard anything from the new album to be criticizing it already and you haven’t seen a decent performance from her since the Toxic era. Please, just wait and see

Brandy hit the studio with Timbaland earlier this month to record some new material for her upcoming LP Human. The two last worked together on 2004’s Afrodisiac. While critically acclaimed, the album was a commercial disappointment and ended with the singer parting ways with Atlantic Records.
The 29-year-old will shoot a video for her second single “Long Distance” later this week in Los Angeles with director Ray Kay, who has photographed several Rap-Up covers including the recent “Brave New Girls” issue with Keri Hilson, Solange, and Teyana Taylor.
Brandy’s fifth studio album Human will be released on December 9th.

And it seems she’s ready this time. Last year, she was at a time in her life where she was in a DARK place. She didn’t even want to promote or tour or do ANYTHING. This time it’s different because she’s WILLING. And the video rehearsals clearly point she wants to get it right. It’s sad people aren’t willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. I really believe she’ll have a Mariah comeback after Marah’s breakdown as well.

I agree Toya, have u ever been to a britney concert? and Mia she does not look as bad as she did last year you cand definitelly see she is making movements. You can’t just keep saying she still looks as if she’s in meltdown days because if it was that easy people would be sayin it everyday. She looks totally different.

Wauw, I know she doesn”t look that gear there, but I think those video’’s are supposed to show her as a normal girl, not the superstar, but I still like it, she looks good, better then the last 2 years and I believe she will make the biggest comeback in music History, soon everyone will remember why she was so big and I will see honestly, Beyonce, Rihanna, Christina everyone out the you better fear her and keep her as your friend haha
